Timeless Teachings in a Changing World

 

Funshine Express is a researched based curriculum that implements appropriate activities for young children. This curriculum lists learning goals and objectives with each activity that are aligned with the Pennsylvania State Learning Standards and follow current theories in Early Childhood Education. Areas of competency include, but are not limited to: Social/ Emotional Development, Language/ Literacy, Approaches to Learning, Creative Arts, Physical Development/ Health, Science and Math.

The LEO Academy for Early Education uses this curriculum for all of our children. Our trained teachers use this curriculum as a guideline to adjust the areas of learning to suit each individual child and their learning needs/ objectives.
